During the visit to Cameroon on August 26–28, a series of high-level meetings were held with numerous ministers, senior government officials, and institutional leaders.

In meetings held together with H.E. Ambassador Volkan Işıkçı, discussions focused on DEİK’s activities in the region, bilateral economic relations, investment opportunities, and potential areas of cooperation that could be developed between Türkiye and Cameroon.

Cameroon continues to demonstrate a strong openness to Turkish businesspeople and investors, offering significant opportunities for cooperation across various sectors.

During the visit, meetings were held with representatives from:

• Minister of Economy
• Minister of Trade
• Minister of Energy
• Minister of Defense
• Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
• Deputy Minister of Health
• President and Delegation of the Chambers of Agriculture and Agricultural Organizations
• President and Delegation of the Investment Promotion Agency
• DEİK Counterpart Business Council Chairman and Delegation

The meetings provided an important platform for strengthening Türkiye–Cameroon economic and commercial relations, exploring new investment opportunities, and developing long-term business partnerships between the two countries.
