Statements by Dr. İhsan Şahin, Chairman of the Board of Sıla Group, were featured prominently in the national media.

With the aim of increasing domestic production of medical consumables in Türkiye and reducing dependence on imports, we established our manufacturing facility under the TTT World brand. At our factory, we produce medical consumables such as syringes, IV infusion sets, and blood collection tubes, which are exported to markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Dr. İhsan Şahin, Chairman of the Healthcare Investors Association, stated that the factory, established in Ankara with an investment of TRY 500 million, will produce syringes, blood collection tubes, and IV infusion sets. The facility is expected to meet 100% of Türkiye’s demand for IV infusion sets, 70% of its demand for blood collection tubes, and 50% of its demand for syringes.

As Türkiye transitions from being an import-dependent country to an exporting country, our goal with the TTT World brand is to prevent approximately USD 250 million in imports over the next five years, while strengthening domestic production and expanding our international export network.
