Dr. İhsan ŞAHİN, Chairman of the Board of SILA Group and President of the Health Investors Association, announced that TTT World, a factory established with an investment of TRY 500 million, will manufacture syringes, blood collection tubes, and IV infusion sets.

Şahin stated that the facility has the capacity to produce 400 million syringes, 200 million blood collection tubes, and 100 million IV infusion sets annually.

“With our current production capacity, we are able to meet 100% of Turkey’s demand for IV infusion sets, 70% of its demand for blood collection tubes, and 50% of its demand for syringes on our own. We will also be able to manufacture these products at prices 15–20% lower than equivalent imported products,” he said.

Şahin also stated that the factory would reach maximum production capacity within two months and that, once full capacity is achieved, approximately 1,100 people will be employed at the facility.
