Senegale tam donanımlı hastane Açılışı Başkan Erdoğan yapacak


Türkiye is planning to open a fully equipped hospital in Senegal, with the inauguration ceremony expected to be attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The hospital, constructed by Turkish company Sıla Group, will have approximately 20,000 square meters of indoor space and has been designed with a capacity of 100 beds.

Türkiye has completed numerous turnkey hospital projects across Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East, including projects in Iraq, Libya, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kuwait, Senegal, Somalia, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Comoros, Algeria, and Nigeria.

Türkiye’s healthcare investments in Africa have emerged as part of a broader humanitarian and development-oriented approach. One of the most prominent examples of this transformation is the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Training and Research Hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The hospital has become an important healthcare center in Somalia, contributing to the country’s healthcare infrastructure by providing modern medical services and supporting the training of healthcare professionals.

Türkiye’s investments in healthcare infrastructure across Africa aim to strengthen healthcare capacity, improve access to quality medical services, and establish long-term cooperation between Türkiye and African countries.
